Refund & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
Exchange
- Available for size or color changes
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees on both ends
Refund
- Customer is responsible for return shipping fees
- Refunds are issued via InstaPay or mobile wallets
- Processed within 2–5 business days after inspection
Exceptions
If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover all shipping costs with no charge to the customer.
Shipping Policy
- We ship to all governorates in Egypt
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days
- In some cases, delivery may arrive in 1 business day
- Delays may occur due to shipping conditions
